HeadCount delivers end-to-end solutions for store traffic counting and retail performance insights, providing hardware installation, data reporting, analytics insights, and training. They partnered with ROUND to refresh their visual identity and redesign their website, aiming to better showcase their services, improve user experience, and establish a modern, accessible platform that reflects their leadership in retail analytics.
We began with a full audit of HeadCount’s existing website, identifying key opportunities to simplify navigation, enhance content presentation, and improve conversion paths. The brand’s visual identity was refined with updates to the logo, colour palette, and typography to improve digital accessibility and modernize its appearance.
We designed a flexible, component-based UI system to ensure visual consistency while allowing content adaptability across pages. The website was rebuilt on WordPress, leveraging a scalable CMS architecture for optimal performance and easy content management. Following development, we populated initial content, conducted internal QA and accessibility testing, and delivered comprehensive CMS training to HeadCount’s team. Pre-launch support ensured a smooth transition, after which the site was handed off to HeadCount’s local provider for launch and ongoing management.
